  3. Situational Leadership. Our team members receive situational leadership training. Meaning that they are able to see hands on how effective their leadership style is currently, and how to adapt their leadership style to impact groups and individuals alike. We believe everyone learns differently and at their own pace. So we focus on finding the right characteristics in the right candidates, then training them based off their learning styles.
  4. Networking. Throughout the year our team is offered travel opportunities, both locally and nationally, to network, brainstorm, and collaborate. These events open team members to new ways of thinking and keep their roles exciting!
